This Privacy Policy explains how Cyberself (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you use https://cyberself.app (the “Service”).

• Account data: display name, friend code, and linked sign-in identifiers/emails (for example Google) when you connect them.
• Learning progress: XP, streak, completed lessons, hearts, and similar gameplay stats stored for your account or device.
• Billing-related data: Premium status and provider references. Card details are handled by payment processors (Paddle and/or iyzico), not stored as full card numbers on our servers.
• Technical data: approximate location/region for language and billing routing, IP-derived signals, and standard server logs needed to operate the Service.
• Optional leads: if you submit the advertise/sponsor form, we store the company, email, and message you send.

2. How we use information

We use data to:

• provide and improve lessons, progress sync, and Premium features;
• authenticate accounts and prevent abuse;
• route billing and show the correct price region;
• respond to support or sponsorship requests;
• comply with legal obligations.

3. Processors and sharing

We share data with service providers only as needed to run the Service, including hosting, authentication providers, and payment processors (Paddle internationally; iyzico for Türkiye when enabled). We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies/local storage for session, language preference, and local progress where applicable. You can clear browser storage; some features may stop working until you sign in again.

5. Retention

We keep account and progress data while your account is active and as needed for billing records, security, and legal requirements. You may request deletion of account data by contacting us.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights. You may also have rights under your local privacy law.

7. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). If you believe a child provided data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
